Despite ranking in the top 10 among states for its percentage of Drivers (42%), Hawaii’s SMBs projected revenue was below the national average (-19% vs. -16% avg.). Hawaii SMB leaders had a significantly lower than average comfort level (47%) with digital tools than the national average (68%). Almost half (45%) of Hawaii SMBs reported they were able to sustain or even grow their customer base during the crisis and 58% are thinking more about how to grow their businesses.
